No pets.
No smoking.

2 day minimum stay.

Check in after 12:00 PM
Check out before 2:00 PM
Quiet hours begin at 10 pm.

Events or gatherings or 8 or more people need to be pre-approved by owner.

Methods of payment are as agreed when booking: Check, Paypal or Credit Card.
Partial refunds may be available if canceled within 10 days of your booking dates.
Full payment is due at the time of booking.

A Cleaning Deposit of $150 will be added to all bookings.
This is non refundable.

A security deposit of $250 will be added to all bookings.
A full refund is available depending on the condition of property when you checkout.
